Customer Review: works but fragile

If you plan on using this on hard wood it will break, so be ready to solder the contacts back on. The best way to use it is drive two nails in the wood you want to test and touch the contacts to them. Other then that, it seems to be very accurate. If your wood is below 6% it will not read anything so you would be better off with a analog meter.
